Throughout her career, from private banking to regulatory compliance to law, the constant has been people: how we navigate life's transitions, how we make sense of complex systems, and how much it matters to feel genuinely heard. That orientation led her to law school, shaped her years at the intersection of law and financial services at leading financial institutions, and drew her to a leadership role at LexisNexis, where she led a team of attorney content developers and technical writers translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance. In addition to her law degree, Attorney Sanyal holds a Master's degree in psychology and is trained in authentic leadership and trauma-informed coaching. She creates space for the conversations that make a plan genuinely meaningful - not just who inherits what, but who you trust, who you consider family, and how you want to be cared for if life takes an unexpected turn. She has personally relied on these protections in her own life and understands from lived experience what it means to have the right plan in place when it matters most.
